The Honey House
The Honey House of Lesy hl. m. Prahy, which we built in June 2017 as part of the long-term project Bringing bees back to Prague’s forests. Besides the extraction room itself, equipped with a honey extractor and creaming machine, the Honey House also has a space for processing beeswax and pressing wax foundation. That lets us keep a closed wax cycle in our operation and return foundation made from our own bees’ wax to the hives. We also offer the foundation-making service to small-scale beekeepers. The premises meet hygiene and veterinary regulations as well as operating requirements.
