Prales Eco-centre
The Prales Eco-centre (Prague Forest Centre) opened in the spring of 2017 on the site of our former ornamental nursery and garden centre on the edge of the Prague 19 – Kbely district. It has become a place for the people of Prague to meet and relax, and at the same time another base for our Environmental Education Centre. We run environmental education programmes and events for schools, groups, families with children and the general public here. In the upper part of the site we have established a new section of the Kbely forest park, an orchard and a natural maze. There is also a large meadow, a fire pit, play equipment and the Dřevák building, which serves as a base for programmes and workshops. In the lower part you will find, among other things, a farm with livestock, a barrier-free community garden and the Path of Wood nature trail.
