{"id":15040,"date":"2024-10-28T12:35:20","date_gmt":"2024-10-28T11:35:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesypraha.cz\/misto\/botic-2\/"},"modified":"2024-10-28T12:35:20","modified_gmt":"2024-10-28T11:35:20","slug":"botic-2","status":"publish","type":"place","link":"https:\/\/lesypraha.cz\/en\/place\/botic-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Boti\u010d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In its upper reaches the channel has a natural character, apart from the reinforced sections where it flows through some municipalities.<br>In its middle section, below the Hostiva\u0159 dam, the Boti\u010d takes the form of a naturally meandering stream with a series of pools. This area, home to protected and endangered bird species and to a community of aquatic animals, has been declared the Meandry Boti\u010de natural monument.<br>The lower reaches are heavily affected by development and the channel here is continuously modified and reinforced. The catchment is characterised by a rapid onset of flood flows, which are further amplified \u2014 especially in the lower reaches \u2014 by the outfalls of the storm sewer system.<br>The Boti\u010d catchment above the Hostiva\u0159 dam is fitted with 8 water-level gauging stations, 3 of which also have rain gauges. These are the Dob\u0159ejovice, Jesenice and Ku\u0159\u00ed stations.
